CUSTOM CAKE ORDER FORM:
Minimum of seven (7) days notice is required on all on-line cake orders. If cake is needed prior to the 7 day time requirement, please stop in at Tundra and make your request, we'll do what we can to help with your special occasion needs. Tundra is located at 5350 W. Bell Rd., Glendale, Arizona. We are in the far north-east corner of the Kohls' shopping center located on the north corner of 53rd Ave. and Bell Rd. next to Music & Arts.

ORDER A CAKE

If ordering a cake or cupcakes with ice cream, it must be un-frosted or frosted with non-dairy whipped cream.

If option Custom Flavor was selected under Ice Cream Flavor, please select a flavor from the scrolling "Ice Cream Flavors" window on the right of your screen and enter it in the field below.

Please add any special instructions in the fields below.  Note any decorations, such as bows, flowers, dots, etc., desired icing colors, and any writing you would like to have added to the top of the cake.  Any other special instructions may be entered in the field Other Information.
