Whipped cream and bananas – perfect for children and monkeys. This is simple banana ice cream recipe
Ingredients
3 bananas
3 eggs
One cup of sugar
One cup of cream
Powder sugar

Instructions
The first thing to do is to whisk the yolks and sugar until they get foamy. Then, you prepare a pan on fire where you put the foam when the water is about to boil. You need to mix the composition, so that it turns thick. You peel the bananas and smash them with a fork.
To prepare the whip cream, place the sweet cream and powder sugar in a blender at medium speed and wait until its is homogenous, then use the next speed level so that it turns firm. The banana cream is placed over the obtained whip cream and stirred with slow moves, so that the air volume in the whip cream is not lost. The result should be complete incorporation.
After that, you add the egg foam. You must not hurry and maintain the cream volume. When homogeneity is right, pour everything in a recipient and put it in the freezer. After an hour, mix the ice cream again for 30 seconds and repeat this operation 4 times, to avoid ice forming. Before consuming, keep the product in the fridge for ten minutes.
The desert is served with topping or without, with a teaspoon, and in the desired quantity. There should always be a certain measure, of course.
