Caramel Voodoo Cream Chargers

To celebrate your child’s birthday or to spoil the whole family, prepare an ice cream sandwich, which is a more complex desert, rather than just serving ice cream. It makes the best crunchy crunch to go with your whipped cream chargers. You can use bought ice cream that you mix with caramel, or you can make the ice cream at home if you have time.

The great thing about an ice cream sandwich is that there is no strict recipe to follow, except for the ice cream. Other than that, you can use whatever flavors, combinations and products you like, and you can always make a different one.
Ingredients
Ice cream (caramel or chocolate, vanilla, strawberry etc)
250ml milk
600ml cream
6 yolks
150g sugar
250g caramel
20 large biscuits
Topping, syrup
2x 8gm cream chargers
Chocolate chips, butterfingers, m&m’s

Instructions
In a pan, mix the milk and cream, let it heat on fire up to the boiling point. In a bowl, mix yolks with sugar until it gets tough and has a pale color. Then, slowly add the milk composition above it, and pour the entire composition in a pan, at low flame. For 10 minutes you need to keep stirring with a spoon. Remove the cream from fire and let cool for 10 minutes. Then pour it in a recipient, seal and keep it in the freezer over night.
The ice cream is cut in more cubes. With a blender, mix it until it is creamy. Keep it in the fridge for 4 hours. In another bowl, mix the caramel so that it is creamy. Add it to the ice cream and mix well. Again, keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Notes
It is better to use an aluminum foil on the bottom of the ice cream sandwich recipient, because it will be easier to transfer. Thus, arrange the biscuits in that recipient and butter them with the ice cream. Spread the desired toppings and whip cream. Do the same thing with the second layer. To garnish it, put candies, or chocolate chips, fruits and extra whip cream on top. Freeze the desert for 2 more hours and them it is ready to serve.
