Strawberries and Whipped Cream

Summer is here and the time is right for tennis in the street! Well, not quite – but Wimbledon is almost upon us you’ll need to stock up on cream chargers for all of those strawberry ice cream treats!

Here at Tundra Ice Cream we are big fans of the seasonal ice cream flavours – and that means strawberry, wether you like it or not! And of course there is the fact that they re so very cheap right now!

Strawberries and Whipped Cream

So English it hurts your flanks! The gas from the cream chargers really lifts the traditional strawberries and cream!
Ingredients
  • Strawberries
  • Cream
  • Nitrous Oxide Chargers
  • Gelatine
  • sugar
Instructions
  1. Get the strawberries, cream and sugar
  2. Blend together
  3. Soak the gelatine to allow it to bloom
  4. Stir it all together
  5. Fill the whipped cream dispenser
  6. Use two cream chargers
  7. Place in the fridge for 30minutes
  8. Dispense the Strawberry Whipped Cream
Notes
This lasts in the fridge thanks to the effect of the nitrous oxide upon the cream, so no need to rush it make enough to last the whole tennis match!

    I love whipped cream and tennis – so this is perfect for me!

    So simple – I use it in between sets when I’m laying tennis – but then I’m a bit fat and rubbish at tennis. In fact I’m normally drunk anyway!

    Ok so it might seem simple, but too many of my friends use terrible, thin cream rather than nice, rich whipped cream
