The Tundra Story

Tundra specializes in providing an overall COOL experience while enjoying homemade premium ice cream and made-from-scratch baked goods! Custom cakes, including cakes frosted with tasty fondant icing and ice cream cakes, start at just $18.00. Traditional fountain items are also available in our fun, family oriented atmosphere.  We have table games, a children's area with blackboard wall, and DVDs or current music hits aplenty.

Open 11AM till 9PM Mon - Thur, 11AM till 10PM Fri - Sat, 12PM till 6PM Sun.

Come check us out for yourselves. Catering and private parties are also available.

History

Research and development started in September of 2007, and Tundra opened its doors November 5, 2008.  After spending hundreds of hours perfecting the EXTREME ice cream recipes, researching the best way to maintain ultimate freshness and safety when working with ice cream, and selecting the best products and equipment to use.  In October of 2009 Tundra launched White Mountain Catering to provide light catering to local businesses and our valued customers. We value the opinions and requests of our customers and have brought in frozen yogurt and lactose-free ice cream, both at the request of our customers.  We also enjoy making ice cream flavors that are requested by our customers whenever possible.

Message from the Owner:

I am dedicated to the success of Tundra Extreme Ice Cream like a mother to her child. I love the expressions and comments that are made regarding the delicious ice cream and the excitement that covers the faces of children when they taste my ice cream for the first time. A people person at heart, I enjoy conversing with the customers and getting to know them all by name. Baking and cooking have always been favorite past-time pleasures that have now become my favorite present-time occupation. Serving awe inspiring foods full of surprise flavors is something that brings me great joy.

With the help and support of my amazing husband, the love of our two daughters and the joy of my grandchildren, the sky is the limit and I intend to do everything I can to open Tundra Extreme Ice Cream parlors all over the Phoenix Valley and across the nation. Watch us Grow.
